Finishing off the React trio that ended up a “21st Century” trio (we’ll do another React series showing off some of their other great releases someday). The “Chillout” phase in the 90’s was a transformative time for me and still is my go-to genre with trip-hop & downtempo mixed in. BIG change in direction from the last post and a request fulfillment to fellow Reds fan and fellow music blogger Aid00 over at the excellent Welcome To Wherever You Are. I personally can’t say enough wonderful things about this duo, I listen to them on a weekly basis. Nicola Hitchcock with arguably the sexiest voice combined with the masterful programing of Saul Freeman gives you musical exquisiteness. Sadly they only gave us 2 albums but they are flawless and luckily there are enough amazing b-sides that you kind of get 3 albums worth from them. Look closely and you might find my favourite b-side “To See Her” and more as a treat.
